The Radcliffe Court Condominium Association’s Board of Directors is currently appointed by the Declarant. In accordance with Pennsylvania law, the Declarant maintains control of the Board until a significant percentage of units are sold. Once two-thirds of the units have been conveyed to homeowners, the Association will transition to a homeowner-controlled governance structure through elections. We eagerly anticipate this important milestone for our community!

Responsibilities: Overall leadership, community vision, liaison with property management
Vice President & Secretary
Responsibilities: Assist President oversees committees, community events coordination and Meeting minutes, record keeping, community communications
Treasurer
Responsibilities: Financial oversight, budget planning, dues collection
